Mountain States Marketing accepts online entries paid with a credit card through a third-party administrator, Coloradovolleyball.com.
There is a $5.00 fee for this service.
Please read the following list carefully:

 Click "Yes" to accept the secure server certificate. This certificate won't match our site name as it is owned by our hosting provider.

 Complete all fields on the secure credit card/entry form.

 Upon approval, you will receive an authorization code. You may want to record this for future reference.

 

 If your card is declined you will be redirected back to this page. You can try again or pursue other payment.

 At this point your card has been charged $55.00 and you will receive an emailed receipt.

 

 This receipt is sent to the email address supplied on the form so please use an active address.

 A $55.00 charge from Coloradovolleyball.com will appear on your statement for each entry.

 

 Please make a note of this. Cardholders are responsible for any unnecessary charge-backs.

 Mountain States Marketing does not give credit card refunds. You may carry over unused entries to future events providing you notify us your cancellation prior to the event.
