Tournament pre-registration ends at 9 p.m. on the Thursday preceding each event. 
Print this form, fill it out, send it in...it's that easy! 

No entries will be accepted after the deadline. Check-in is open from 7:30 until 8:00 a.m. Tournament play begins shortly after 8:00. Teams arriving after play begins will forfeit the games they missed. The entry fee for pre-registered teams is $50. Players may be able to enter on the morning of the event for an additional $15 (space permitting).
