Our entry deadline is the preceding Thursday before each event. No entries will be accepted after this deadline. Check-in is open from 7:30 until 8:00 am. Tournament play begins shortly after 8:00. Teams arriving after play begins will forfeit the games they missed. Players may be able to enter on the morning of the event for an additional $15 (space permitting).

For your convenience, this form secures your entry and avoids late fees; however, payment must be cash, check or M/O on the day of the event.

CPVA Guidelines and Prizes

All CPVA teams must be checked in and ready to play by 7:30 a.m.

Choose an Event: If a date doesn't appear on the list the event is full.

Pay close attention to the event date. Pre registration is unavailable after an entry deadline and it will not appear on the menu.
